Pros: Maintenance guy is great, Corey is the only one with common sense, Brand new building and close to las olas and the beach. Cons: There's a homeless guy living in the dumpster, smells terrible all around the building, only get one parking space & have to pay $300 for another, after lease ended rent was raised by $1000, and management is terrible.
