Customer service simply to schedule and tour the property was atrocious. No direction on future guest parking either. The front had quite a pungeant odor. Quite frankly couldn't even proceed without scanning a qr code (the only establishment to require this) followed by Corey(the customer service rep) being exceptionally rude, in addition to complaining he was the only one there all day. If this is how they greet potential renters it's an easy scratch off the list.
