After living here for over a year, our rent payment bounced one time which we addressed the day we were notified and the property refused to take back hundreds of dollars in late fees, and called us on a Friday night at 7pm acting like a scammer. The payment was made through THEIR system, but didn't come out on time so it overlapped a different payment we made days later. A simple mistake on our part but they refuse to work with us on the hundreds of dollars extra in late fees on top of high rent and already paying hundreds of dollars every month in all kinds of fees added to the rent. Oh and they wouldn't let us pay through their system again so we had to pay using a method that also cost us extra fees.
