Gross people to match a gross building! What's good - Units are aesthetically pleasing - Walking distance to bars/restaurants What's bad - Feels like you're living in a college town complex? - Deliveries stolen from outside my apartment door despite the entire building requiring access codes (gross people) - Dog pee is constantly covering the carpets, walkways in front the elevators, and stairs entering the building - Fees for pretty much anything they could think up - not only do you pay your own FPL bill but you help pay the building's too! Pet rent is also double what similar complexes charge. - Mail system is a disaster - I receive 3-6 packages for random people in the building weekly but if I don't pick them up I get charged or have to waste my time with the locker service customer service line multiple times a week - Parking is an absolute nightmare - no they won't have enough garage parking available for the building. Edit: Just spent 30 minutes trying to park on.a Monday at 11pm Cannot wait to get out of Flagler and far away from this building. Please take into account that 90% of their positive reviews are about tours and moving into the complex day 1. The other 10% that have actually lived here and like it are most likely coming from 22 year olds living with 3 roommates. Edit: Within 1 year they're already trying to charge $400 more a month for my unit! Please save yourself if you're a working professional trying to find a peaceful place to live. This place is bordering on a scam and an absolute nightmare to deal with on a daily basis.
