If you like being inconvenienced and talked to like you mean nothing by management, sleepless nights and 0 parking spaces, then you'll love it here. For starters, the parking situation is downright awful. We are a two person household where we both go to work, have responsibilities and ultimately, need transportation. Something that was not conveyed to us when we began the leasing process was the fact that it was only one car per unit, and it's not included in the lease price, it's a separate charge of $100 per month to park in a garage where I already pay the rent. We decided to look past it because at the time management (when Sabrina was there) had been really nothing but nice to us. Unfortunately one of us had to forfeit our transportation, but it was what it was. Another reason for my one star is because of the many sleepless night I've had since living here. The outside noise is insane. Fights happen constantly from the bars outside, loud laughter, music from the clubs around us. I have no problem with this happening on a weekend, but when this happens on weekdays and I'm having to wake up at 5:30am, I don't like just getting to bed at 2am when everything *kinda* quiets down. When it comes to management, I'm appalled. Since they have had a change in management the place has definitely gone way downhill. Anthony, the new property manager, is pretty disrespectful to the residents. I myself have had an encounter with Anthony where I was going to express my concerns about an issue, and midway through the conversation, he just stops looking at me and begins doing other things, when he gave me an answer, it ended up being a lie. I finally just walked out of the room. All in all, this place isn't worth the money and I wish we stayed at our previous building, or looked at others. I most certainly will NOT be recommending this building to anyone, especially if Anthony is still the manager. Residents want to be treated with respect and clearly he's not going to.
