This used to be a great place to live but now... I would RUN!! You can see the photos of the neighborhood group chat about the mold & bug infestations I'm just going to tell you about my personal experience. First, everything is done through their apps which never work. I cannot put my rent on auto-pay and don't always remember on the 1st to manually pay so I get late fees every month unnecessarily because literally, no exaggeration, not a SINGLE person that works here knows how to fix it... lol. I've begged for OVER a year every one to just put me on auto pay but nobody can so Im stuck with a $150 fee every month. It gets better.... this last month I forgot over a week that they locked me out to pay so long I got served eviction papers!!!!! With no way to pay so I reached out to corporate who sent me back to the property manager Anthony who had been the one Ive been dealing with that not only doesnt help but doesnt even respond to acknowledge. I waited 3 weeks one time & his response was they;re closed on the weekends LOL its been 3 weekends... I also wanted to move into a 2br here (initially) and give them MORE money when I reached out 60 days before I had to renew but no response so literally forced to stay here another 15 months bc didn't even leave me time to search for a 2br in another building. I've had 4 missing packages in the last 2 months worth almost $500 including 2 days ago. They got these new package lockers which BTW you have to pay $10 a day for each locker if you dont pick up your package in 24 hours but I literally went to open the locker & nothing was in there... again. My dishwasher has been broken so long bc either the app to order maintenance doesnt work or the couple times it put my order through nobody showed up that my dishes actually got mold on them & I had to throw out everything & buy all new dishes, cups & silverware. Everything is cheap af like IKEA. Every time it rains they need to put fans on all the carpets AND the walls / cielings start caving in (see photos). A few months ago I woke up to 3 little holes in the floor board with insects swarming out. Swarming. Colonies of them. Couldnt walk on the floor without stepping on them. They even made it into my BED!!!! Took 3 days to get someone here. 3 days of insects in my bed. I waited since April for help before writing this review. I never do this. But theyve left me no choice not responding or assisting with any of these issues. I've been here since they opened day one so for 3 years & cant be sure but I had no issues when the old manager Sabrina was here but since Anthony took over its been non-stop back to back problems. Sure the location is great but is it worth the cost of missing packages, bug infestations, mold, late fees, just no communication... idk that's up to you I guess. If you have any tips on how to GET ME OUT OF HERE please share...
