This community is a terrible place to live. First off, you are not safe. My car was broken into 2 days into my lease there. The car was parked INSIDE the building. Just so happens this is a regular occurrence at the District. When I inform management, total disregard and disrespect and no solutions. Next, now we move out of the building and give the building 2 months notice which makes us liable for the apartment until it gets filled. The property management company of course knows that rents have fallen and they think "oh hey let me just not advertise the unit since I already have this tenant that will be liable at a much higher price" every time I confront them about not advertising the unit they give me some sorry excuse that doesn't make any sense. They will try their best to make your life much more difficult than it needs to be and scam you at every chance they get. It's been 3 months and they just decided to advertise the unit this week. They are money hounds, not to mention the times when it would rain hard expect your bill to increase by a few hundred dollars to cover the maintenance the building has to do to fix the mess of a building they have. I would give this a 0 star if I could. No morals, no service just a money hungry and horribly run company. Try your best to stay away.
