We've been here since July 2022. We renewed while Bozzuto still managed the building but then AIR Communities took over and the building has plummeted. Over the last couple of months alone there have been multiple water pipe ruptures flooding apartments (just before Christmas). Additionally, there are homeless locals crashing/sleeping in the lobbies and taking door dash orders, endless pet waste in the stairwells and COUNTLESS extra fees including the terrible Luxer package delivery program (assuming packages aren't just dumped on the floor in the lobby or outside on the sidewalk). Adding insult to injury, management/AIR Communities posts countless FAKE reviews to counter any negative feedback provided on sites like google. It's truly a shame because the building is so beautiful and offers great views but it's not luxurious and AIR Communities places no priority on the resident experience after you've signed your lease. There are better managed and nicer apartments in downtown Bethesda to choose from. $AIRC
