This used to be a great building. Since AIR management took over, there has been a progressive reduction in amenities and increase in nuisance fees. Additionally, the building somehow now suffers significant water leaks on a near weekly basis. I had to vacate my apartment for a week, with no warning, and no adjustment to my rent, so they could refloor my apartment--which left my belongings in disarray, covered in debris, and some of my stuff simply disappeared. I could not possibly recommend this building less to anybody.
