UPDATE (January 2024): DAYLIGHT ROBBERY Wow, this apartment building went from being amazing to horrible! This building was sold in 2023 and the new management company has run this place to the ground! I just moved out and I'm getting charged for cleaning and damage, not true! I took a video before I left, and I left this apartment extremely clean with normal wear and tear on the walls from living there for 2.5 years. Now they are charging me over $400. Please don't rent here and support this kind of daylight robbery. It's extremely overpriced (rent went up 15% for a studio) and sells just based on its looks, but not its quality. Dog poo and urine everywhere. The review below was from 2 years ago, before the building was sold to a new management company. Bozzuto (the previous company) was fantastic. Six months that I've been living here at the Elm, I love it! Building is beautiful and excellent customer service and accommodations. Francisco is been my maintenance guy and his excellent, Zoe from leasing office excellent with the rest of staff!
