The Elm was recently sold and is under new management. The new management team, AIR Communities has come in as the great disruptors. Amenities and services that were free have been eliminated or now have a fee. If you don't pickup your package within 48 hours, there's a $10 daily fee charged for each day past 48 hours. After 7 days, if you don't pick up your package you're out of money ($10 daily fee) and luck, the package will be returned to sender. They've also instituted a policy that requires residents to have a credit card on file to utilize the building package delivery system. I'm spending over $4200 in rent and AIR Communities wants to nickel and dime me???? All this in their FIRST week! What's next?
