Service has decreased and fees have increased since the management turned over to AIR communities from Bozzuto. UPDATE: Chase, community manager, was unable to retrieve my previously signed lease from Bozzuto and required me to locate it for him... He also made clear no concessions are being made for east tower despite construction and he showed lack of care in his communication around service issues. Will be considering leaving within our 30 day satisfaction guarantee window of new lease, as trend of new management is concerning. Used to love this community, but would no longer recommend.
