Update 9-10-23 Well the good times MAY be over. The Elm is now owned by Air Communities and the transition has not been good. My bathtub recently had a leak (due to construction done by Carr)and the new community manager told me to submit a claim to my renters insurance and go stay in a hotel! Unbelievable. Plus management wants to charge us to use the Luxer One locker and package room. Standard amenities. Did we mention how much we pay for rent. Everyone is complaining. I hope it gets better. I will say Luis the service manager is great and kind. The concierge team members Heaven, India & Asia are nice. We miss the old team, but there are a few good people. Bozzuto managed review below. I love everything about The Elm. Once you walk in you are mesmerized by the beautiful decor, architecture and greenery! The staff is phenomenal and lead by Kimberly and the building manager is Mr. Eddie. We love the concierges John,Patrick, Tonya and Tissa. Living at The Elm is like living in a hotel! Check it out!
