I wholeheartedly echo the sentiments shared in the preceding reviews. Just a few weeks ago, this property was a gem under Bozutto's management, meticulously maintained and overseen by staff who genuinely cared about its residents. However, since AIR took over there's been a swift and alarming deterioration in quality. Beyond the concerns previously mentioned (such as the introduction of extra charges for package receipt, elimination of community amenities, inconsistent front desk staffing, and the noticeable decline in building cleanliness and upkeep), the elevators on the east side have become a consistent issue. Frequently, only one or two elevators are functional out of the three, leading to long wait times and overcrowding. I'm not sure whether this is a result of technical issues or if staff are neglecting to unlock the service elevator beyond its reservation hours. Furthermore , the fob system, which grants access to the building and its amenities, has been malfunctioning. Over the past few days, I've been locked out multiple times, with neither my fob nor the Smart entrance system working. Being locked out of your own building, with no working system or staff to assist, is utterly frustrating. To sum it up, it's truly disheartening to watch a once-beloved property degrade to such levels of inefficiency and neglect. It's more than just a living space; it's about the quality of life, and currently, this place is falling short.
