A month ago I would have RAVED about this property. It was owned by Bozutto and operated with so much heart, care and love for those who lived in the building. Unfortunately, the property was recently purchased by AIR and in one short week, it's become a place I would NOT recommend. AIR has added hidden fees, implemented fees to receive packages, taken away community amenities, removed 24hr front desk (the amount of times I walk down to no one at the desk OR the attendant sleeping on couch/on FaceTime/ etc), cleanliness has gone down, completely understaffed for such a large building, most of the staff don't seem to understand their role and can't give you an answer to anything, the overall care felt from management is null. If you're thinking about moving here, reroute to a Bozutto owned property- they're THE BEST.
