Beware: Hidden fees after hidden fees only 1 week after new company took over! Extremely disappointed by the new management company, AIR. We were told by Chase that physical check processing will cost a $10 fee come October, only after inquiring about our September check payment processing via email. This is not stated anywhere and we did not have to pay any fees by dropping a check off with Bozzuto. The whole point of paying via physical check instead of through the portal was to avoid online fees, but this company is clearly money hungry. It also sounded like we can no longer drop it off at the front office and instead will need to send it to their "shared processing center" (no address or announcement provided for this either). Can't wait to see them try to say we are "late" and charge us additional fees at this rate. What an absolute joke. Not to mention all the other additional amenity and extra fees that have been added on in only the first week of them managing the building. This is a great first impression, AIR. Most of the people leaving five stars recently do not live here as an fyi
