AIR properties acquired this property from Bozzuto Management (who was wonderful) and in less than a week after acquiring, things have gone aggressively downhill. 1)The first day, the community printer was removed, with management not sending out a notice about it until a week later saying "we apologize for the inconvenience, and urge you to utilize community resources". This printer was consistently utilized by the residents of this building and was taken away with no notice. 2) AIR properties has decided to take the previously free package room, and charge access fees requiring a credit card on file. While they say that they are waiving the yearly fee for the package room for the first year, they have decided as well that after 2 days they will charge you a late fee of 10 dollars per package per day. There is also no option to opt out of this service..do they expect the residents who don't want to pay for this fee to not get packages. 3) For the last 3 days, there had been dried dog feces on the main entrance way to the apartments. I know this because I have made a point to see if it is cleaned up, and it has not been. Monthly rent of 4500 a month and the first act of AIR management is too nickel and dime the residents of this previously nice community. Check back in few months to see if the rating has dropped from their current rating of 4.7 stars (Sept '23)!
