Unbearable Stench and Noise This place is the pits! It smells like a mix of old garage and spoiled food in main lobby and lobby level. It's so bad that the poor folks at the front desk have to wear masks all day. The stink even sneaks into our apartments sometimes. Then there's the noise. It's like living in a construction site! The guys next door are building an apartment, and the metro's building the purple line nearby. They don't even stop at night! Imagine noise at 2 AM, it's insane. The worst part is, the management team isn't doing a thing about it. It feels like we're stuck in a stinky, noisy nightmare with no help in sight. Think twice before signing a lease here!
