Drove 4.5 hours on Saturday to look at this property and had planned on signing a lease for the 3 Bedroom penthouse they have advertised on their site only to be told they could not show us around the property or meet with us. Apparently there were only two people on duty and they were booked for the day. As an alternative, we were told the web site was excellent and could answer any questions we may have regarding the property. Really??? One would think if you had two professionals who drove over 4 hours to see the property you could squeeze them in among the other scheduled appointments. If this is the level of service they provide we are thankful we found out before being locked into a lease. If you are looking to rent at this property be sure to schedule an appointment in advance or better yet...just stay away.
