The management team, particularly Page Fredrik and Tyson Kuhlhoff, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. The prices are exorbitant, subject to unannounced increases. They intruded into my personal life, engaging in unwarranted surveillance of residents. Upon moving out, I received an unexplained bill of $4,000. After confronting them, they feigned ignorance and reduced it to $1,273. Despite assuring me they would resolve the matter, they deducted $500 from my deposit and sent the remainder to collections without my knowledge. Exercise caution before entering any agreements with them.
