I object to the frequency and nature of notices and complaints being posted on my door. These occur almost daily, often pertaining to minor matters such as a box left outside for a short period of less than 2 minutes. This excessive scrutiny creates an unwelcome and hostile environment, and suggests a lack of reasonable consideration for tenants' daily lives. Of note, the fire alarm often has problems and rings without a reason, and as you can imagine, not being able to sleep while at home as a physician that just got home from a 12h shift and is getting ready for the next 12h making clinical decisions is particurlarly distressful. Additionaly, the inability of visitors to park for free is a significant inconvenience, particularly given the high cost of rent at The Hamilton. This contributes to a sense that tenants are being unfairly exploited. While being rigorous with complaints for tenants, The Hamilton does not seem to have the same standard for the cleaning of their outside areas, which are always extremely dirty. I personally have never seen someone clean the outside area of my apartment, but apparently there is ALWAYS someone checking if you left a box for 1 min. I find the oppressive atmosphere at The Hamilton to be particularly draining. I would not recommend for all reasons cited above and additional ones that I did not yet include in this comment.
