Expect a rent increase of 20%-30% in your rent renewal offers which absolutely does not correspond with what this building has to offer. For the last 2 years we have been subjected to extreme noise and air pollution from the "renovations" going on within the building and specifically the huge construction site on 34th street. The pool area is practically unusable. The pool heater does not work and the noise and cement dust from the construction site are unbearable. The gym area is dirty at all times. The parking garage is a mess with vehicles constantly being parked in wrong spots. The only positives are the amazing maintenance crew, the views and fellow residents. We are so glad we are moving out!
