Ever since Aimco took over it's downhill. They will start charging you $10 for every day your package is not picked up. Snakes! It will cost you $500 to reserve an overrated public amenity space. Doormen are never to be seen. ANYONE can come in and out. Last week guy wasn't there for almost 30 minutes while he went to get a sandwich. No security whatsoever.
