Very poor management. Manager never replies to resident's emails. Utilities are unreasonably and extremely high (amount to $600/month for a 2B2B). Before we rent the unit, both the manager and sales agent promised that the only utilities are gas, electricity, water and garbage fees and that they are averagely $150-200/month for a 2B2B. Upon further inquiry, they also promised that no management fee or other fees would be charged. That was a complete lie. Fees in our monthly bill include service fee, pest control fee, and energy conservation fee (aside from water, sewer, electricity, gas and trash, which are already unreasonably high compared to other apartments in the area). Those are charged monthly w/o any explanation. I think the statement they made when they tried to rent residents units already constitutes illegal false representation. Maintenance also left a big hole under our sink last winter when they tried to remove mold (which was already there when we moved in, and they later told us that it was due to some pipe leaking behind the sink). It is now April and the hole is still there. They never came back to fix it although they promised to do so. Vent/Ducting pipe and filter for air conditioner/heater is also extremely dirty, they never clean it.
