Living here was okay. Just know what you're getting into. Whatever is advertised in rent, add roughly 10-15% monthly for the management company to pass off their utility bill to you every month through Conservice. (Leasing agents lied to us as to how the additional utility charges worked when we signed unfortunately...) Maintenance was a bit useless, there were constant issues with leaks not being fixed. We reported a leak in our bathroom at the start of our lease, and despite constant follow up it was never fixed, and the maintenance requests were simply closed out as "Completed" lol. You also won't get your security deposit back (duh) If you have a lease for less than a year you are charged $450 for repainting per "internal policy" -- regardless of the condition you leave the apartment in. Leases for longer than a year will have a sliding scale applied and will be charged incrementally less. This is not mentioned anywhere on the lease and the legal-ness is definitely questionable lol.
