Lived here for 1 year and here are some reviews: Pros: - Affordable price and quiet. Cons: - The gym is usable if you only use the treadmill or exercise without equipments. - Management team is not the best. - Maintenance is poor, with hallways and elevators usually have unpleasant smell. - Bad soundproof. - The building uses lockers for packages and mails, but delivery guys often put it on the floor unsupervised. Also, the mailroom was broken into once which caused serious safety concerns.
