Pros: The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nice and clean gym. Separate bike storage room. Everyone wears masks.The corridors are well maintained and cleaned often. The grounds are well kept too. The location is great with access to paved trail, good school. Prompt maintenance and easy online requests. Decent pricing. Good safe parking. Cons- AC units are not efficient and window insulation is terrible since the windows don't seal properly, winter bills run high. Cockroach infestation going on since the roaches are inside the dishwasher, come up the garbage disposal sink and are everywhere.
