Excellent concierge and attentive maintenance staff. However, air-conditioning in apartment units does not work properly. During warm days it is often impossible to keep room temperature below 78 degrees. Because of air-conditioning set up electric bills are excessive because often units have to run 24/7 to keep unit temperature below 80 degrees (our electric bills for a 900 sq ft apartment were greater than our former 4,200 square foot house)
