We moved in 6 months ago, and while the apartment is pretty, something is always broken or going wrong. In the past week alone we've had no water for 2 days, still don't have hot water after maintenance came to fix it, the fire alarm went off 4 times in one night as a false alarm at midnight, we had no power overnight, the heat was shut off for 15 hours right before a snow storm, and our apartment currently smells like a dumpster because they're cleaning out the trash shoot which happens regularly. We also can't order from some Amazon vendors due to some random address registration error, and of the mail that does arrive here, we've had 3 packages go missing in the past month. We've emailed the community manager William multiple times about some of these issues and have never gotten a response. This is the first Google review I've ever written and I'm coming here from a New York apartment who had super shady management. Considering the price point for this apartment, I'm just beyond disappointed with the management of the Sterling - it feels like no one cares about our living conditions.
