Do not bother with this apartment complex. It was a *fine* place to live for a bit, but as other reviews mention, Watermarc's parent corporation - "AIR Communities" - is far more focused on profit and greed than its people. I am currently in a dispute with them after moving out - they insist on charging me fees that I already paid, and I have proof thereof. The consistent theme for them is charge, charge, charge. Even hidden fees and fees you have already paid. They are deceptive, and simply hope you will not notice so they can squeeze every dollar out of you. It should be noted that every time you have a maintenance request completed, they ask you to review it. What they don't tell you is that review goes directly here to Google. Look at most of the 5 star reviews - they are reviews for maintenance requests, not the actual apartment complex. It is a shame, too, since the maintenance team is the one bright spot of living here. Steve, in particular, is fantastic. But their deceptive practices lead me to the inevitable conclusion that I need to advise, strongly, against living here. It is a shame. But AIR Communities has prioritized greed over its tenants. I would love for someone from Watermarc or AIR to contact me. I have all the receipts. I am being deceptively and illegally charged. I am sure others are subjected to the same. In summary - do not live here. The maintenance team is great. The views are good too. But do not give a single penny to Watermarc or AIR. Happy to answer any questions. EDIT: Notice in the below reply, the Owner does not address my concerns and simply ignores them, choosing instead to charge my duplicitous and deceitful charges (including charging me twice for the same month of parking) so they can squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. It's been a ridiculous, headache-inducing process.
