Don't believe all these other reviews. They're tied to maintenance staff/service which them and Katrina are the only good service in this building. Everything else is horrible. Worst management I've ever experienced and be prepared for $200-$300 in nickel and dime additional fees added to your monthly rent. Complaints go to a black hole. Avoid building at all costs.
