the management/ maintenance here sucks. you can never talk to someone about your issues. nothing gets fixed. they tell you that's how it's supposed to be..... air conditioning doesn't work.... balcony floods and doesn't drain, a mold forms when water sits there for weeks. we have to use buckets to get the water off our porch... yet the maintenance people say the drainage works and that how it's supposed to be.
