I was 1 year at the Yacht Club Brickell Apartments and there are some benefits (location mainly). But, mostly, it was a total nightmare that was getting worse over time: noisy apartments, doormen that seem do not to care about anything or anyone, lack of company management communication, etc. As other reviews mention, this is the main problem: the company that manages the building treat their individuals like numbers: I had to wait almost 2 months to receive my deposit back via check! (with a previous reduction of unbelievable 500+ usd painting and cleaning, endless calls, emails, etc.). It seems like they just want you to give up on the deposit. Most of my emails never got any response back, etc.
