If you like to experience 3 weeks without A/C , 10 days straight without having water and getting your car towed from your own parking spot , this is the place you're looking for! and don't get me started with the renovation noises that you hear every month. As a resident for 3 years from 2019 to 2022 , I've had the worst experiences with this building and its management. I've had to pay for staying at a hotel while renting my unit at the same time because it was unlivable without having water , and you might ask what was management respond to it , she said Sorry , and took the full rent and even raised the rent for the next year ! how sweet is that ? Don't get me wrong this building has a great view and its located in the best area in Miami but its a STEAL! you might think my story ended when i moved out , but you are completely wrong! now after one year they trying to charge me for not letting them know 60 days before i was moving out , which make sense right ? but not when i emailed them 70 days before and SOMEHOW manager managed to not see my email ! I'm gonna say again , this property is a steal. Security deposit ? they are not going to return it to you no matter what you do. Avoid this place
