I recently moved in the unit and the location is great. The only issues is the tons of hidden charges I've never seen anywhere. You're required to have Florida power and light and pay an electric bill yet the complex sends a separate electric bill....they charge you to pay rent,charge taxes on the charges in addition to the rent and other fees,charge for pest control which has never occurred. Repairs takes weeks if at all. The unit thermostat is always offline. The security is a joke, after 8p.m. anything goes,the desk is empty and they never question who comes into the building. The unit is super loud as the central air sounds like a truck. Residents don't wear masks,no sanitation stations. However i will say that parking is available for a cost.
