I had an appointment for a showing at 1pm. When I got There at12:59pm, the leasing agent was starting another tour. At 1:30pm the agent told me that the person that was scheduled at 1:30pm complained and that I had to wait until she completed that tour or leave and come back. What an awful experience! Especially during this pandemic, they don't respect the appointment hours and people's time. I would never lease an apartment in this building.
