I'm a 2 year resident and while there are good things about living in the building, I am forced to leave a bad review because recent changes have made living here unsafe. In particular, the building's continued decision to make the lower level of the building's garage completely open to the public is putting all residents at risk of harm. As just one example, three of my bikes (all of which were locked) were stolen from the building bike rack, which is housed INSIDE the building. I have notified the building and to my knowledge they have done absolutely nothing. They have not updated the code to the bike rack despite telling me they would. And they have not notified me whether authorities have been contacted or whether a police report has been made with regards to the theft, both of which I requested. Sadly, I am not alone in being the victim of theft here, as the comment below mine is of another resident who had his bike stolen from within this building.
