I have lived here for 12 years and it has only gotten worse and worse. The building is unsafe and the owners, Aimco do not care about the safety of the residents. The new changes have eliminated anyone at the front desk of the building from 12 midnight till 7 am: no one is there. Period. The outside parking valet is gone. There are no cameras on property or a security guard of any kind. The gates to the garage are open and free for anyone to go in at any time and vandalize cars and follow a resident into the secure areas of the building. Something very bad is going to happen as a result. Elevators break down regularly, air conditioning breaks regularly in the units. And try and get a package delivered. It is a disaster and management does not do anything about this. This is an over priced old box of units waiting for a very bad incident to happen. They have plans to tear it down and build new so make sure you check those plans out before you even think about living there. A great lack of respect and concern for the people who pay a lot of money to live there
