I am a resident, been a resident for the last 3 years and . The first year was decent. But they switched community managers too often, and ever since the building amenities are in poor shape, the concierge service is a ripoff, they charge for using your own mailbox!!!!!!!!!! Cant even get package anymore without being charged. Security is really bad, everyone can get into the building!!!! Parking garage doors are always wide open, no security at all. Paying top dollar for living in those conditions do not meet the criteria.
