The apartments are fine, the space is well distributed but there are several downsides to it: 1. AC is inside of your home and is really noisy! Montecarlo apartments have the AC just beside the bedroom so if you have light sleep don't even think about it. 2. Elevators are really old and poorly maintain some of the buttons don't even light up and they break often. 3. New community manager has done a really poor job at communicating. There was never an email about pool reopening. 4. Gym equipment needs renewal! On the other hand you have digital locks on your apartment door and you have the smart rent app which is convenient to control your AC and you lock. As other reviews mention, if you are gonna rent here tell them to inform you about what is included in the rent (nothing, you just pay for the space) because you get charged by the parking, electricity of your AC, sewer and other things separately, so at the beginning in may seem cheap but after you add all these things not so much.
