Prior to moving here, I should have taken heed to the reviews previously posted but being optimistic proved to be a huge mistake on my end. There's constantly problems within the building such as one or more elevator's not working, entire building AC goes out during the heat of the day, and the parking garage is a nightmare to say the least. Hidden fees not discussed during move in. The Building Electrical fee's (lights etc)are extended to each resident, extremely high water bill's, Building Cooling charge (AC). None of those things were discussed during my move in disclosure / agreement. And to think with all the troubles each and every resident has to endure some how Management extended the amenities to residents in the Panorama Tower until that building is completed. It is completely a waste of time reporting any violations to the security team. Hopefully the next few (4) months will fly by.
