After 5 years living in the building things started to get worse. Now in 2016 the conditions are not fair anymore so I decided to move out. You have to add to the rent (which goes up around $150 a year) the following expenses: Parking, water, sewer, trash, cooling tower and billing fee. In total be prepared to be ripped off around $300 a month. Normally landlords will not charge these amounts in any other buildings. When you move out, they will charge $200 to repaint the apartment even if it is not needed. I will go to court. This is totally unfair.
