most of my time was fine here. I did have a package lost by the front office, and security officers who misplaced my UPS packages. But nothing earthshattering. Their main problem is their leasing office and coroporate management. They require specific documentation for intent to vacate, yet do not provide you with it. They send you in circles and do not return messages. It's a nice location, but it is insufferable to have the kind of leasing office they have. My advice, like that of many other reviewers of Aimco properties, is to stay far away
