The Yacht Club at Brickell has ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER service. The desk opens at 12 and it is now 1 pm we have been calling trying to get a hold of anyone who can help us. No concierge ever showed up. When you call the number they have up it brings you to a third party company who cannot help you with anything. The staff is rude and unprofessional, could not give me any information about where my car was towed from the guest parking. This is incredibly unprofessional. When I asked security for help to check the cameras since there was no customer service staff available, he said that the cameras don't actually work and are just for show. I have never had such a horrible experience before.
