This place is awful!!! Moved out a few years ago but property manager was such a scumbag this needed to be reposted on yelp... The view is nice and they accept dogs for additional rent/fees BUT it's overpriced for what you can get in the same area. I just moved out and I can attest that there is a construction issue with noise/traffic and the building they are building is slow moving and approved for work at all hours. Also elevators are constantly breaking the ac unit stopped working all the time just non stop building service issues! Most neighbors I've talked to can't wait to move out. However, when you go to move out they will basically try and steal your whole deposit. Myself and 2 neighbors that I know of were all charged insane fees for absurd reasons or for things that were the buildings fault. All 3 of us were charged $195 to resurface the tub that I complained about not being done properly since I moved in. I was also charged $250 for bath wall re-grout which could not be my fault and I have pics to prove. Oh also I was charged $200 for paint and the list goes on... DO NOT GET FOOLED this place is horrible, and I promise you can get much better in the Brickell area for less. If you move here I promise you will regret it!!!
