Ignore the other positive YELP reviews. Aimco likely has an employee making them up and posting. You want to pass on this building. The place is getting old. Repair issues. Air conditioning. Elevators. Constantly something wrong. Additionally, they don't do the checks the used to do when this building was pretty good. They have people staying there on short term stays through their job who don't follow the building rules. And the Aimco manager and regional managers are so weak they aren't even worth trying to talk about. Aimco will try and rip you off as much as they can for your move out costs and milk you for every dollar. There are what...20,000 new units opening in Brickell, do yourself a favor and pick a different building. There is also a huge building under construction directly across the street. If they tell you this isn't annoying or loud, they are lying. IT is brutal and a massive pain. The only good thing is the old staff who has been there for years. The repair guys and staff are great. But avoid - you don't want to do this place.
