I lived here for almost two years- first, I shared a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a roommate and then relocated to the 28th floor with my fiance. I can say that the 28th floor view, along with the pool area (though very slippery) is beautiful, but it does not make up for the lack of customer service, friendliness and organization from the staff. We dealt with plenty of issues while living here. There were several water leakages, at least three. One time we had to stay at a hotel due to the massive heat and dampness in our apartment after cutting off the AC and bringing in heaters to ensure the walls didn't accumulate molding that same time, we were filling up buckets of water due to the leakage. The front desk and the rest of the facility are not in sync since they are contractors and can never answer questions. We left a month ago and have still not received our refund that should have been the full amount given the fact we dealt with so much in such little time. Like I said, great view, beautiful pool area but it needs renovating and friendlier/reliable staff members. Not worth the amount you pay. The realtors are rude and can never smile it wasn't fun to run into them at the lobby.
