BEWARE: Leasing office charged my roommate and I for bogus items listed as bathtub and tiles without explanation, keeping the majority of security deposit. Charged for paint as well. Emails and letters to the leasing office weren't returned when we asked for additional details as to what repair had been completed, since according to our premove out inspection, no repairs were necessary. Update: After multiple emails and letters to office that went unreturned, they issued me a check for half of the bogus expenses without any explanation. Jose did not reach out.
