I would not recommend this place to anyone: the place is old and has a weird smell, the elevators usually don't work so you have to wait long time; location is good but with constructions around making a lot of noise and the street in front is very busy most of the times. Generally people is friendly but do not resolve your request as you would expect; finally they will make any effort to keep your deposit, in my case out of $1000 deposit they will keep almost $700 based on the 30+ pages contract (obviously they will not tell you how to avoid these costs, so I recommend you to read every detail in the contract if you want to recover some of your deposit)...
