monthly charges added to rent does not make this place worth living in. Be advised they do charge tax on rent and parking spaces. Other charges include a cooling charge (extra $60 per month alone) and other building utilities. Charges never decrease only increase. 3 months after moving out, still waiting on response for extra charges applied to security deposit without us being aware of it at time of walk through with building staff.
